1. go to store and get "Mobile vr station"

2. go to "local files" then click "android" after that click "data" scroll all the way down and click "scoped storage actions" and then "request access"

3. download the cx file explorer from https://cx-file-explorer.en.softonic.com/android?utm_source=SEM&utm_medium=paid&...  

4. go to files  click Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3 then "downloads" and click the expand button and download

5. then open cx file explorer allow everything it says and the click "downloads" and click on any file and boom you got it
